DESCRIPTION:LOLUG will be at the Omaha Children’s Museum’s May the Force Be With You Family Fun Weekend.  Bring the family in for Star Wars fun\, including LEGO Star Wars creations.  We’ll have LEGO bricks the kids can play and build with too. \nLOLUG will be there on Saturday and Sunday: \nSaturday – Sunday 9 am – 5 pm \nActivities  \n\nGalactic Crafts at the Tinker Tables\nWatto’s Podracers in the Tinker Factory Make a hovercraft/podracer!\nStar Wars Science Shows in the Science Showplace Friday: 10:30 am\, 11:30 am\, 12:30 pm\, 1:30 pm\, 2:30 pm Saturday-Sunday: 10:30 am\, 11:30 am\, 12:30 pm\, 1:30 pm\, 2:30 pm\, 3:30 pm\nLightsaber Construction in the STEAM Cave Use pool noodles and duct tape to make your own lightsaber\n\nCharacter Appearances \nFriday Ahsoka (Wandering on First Floor) 10 – 11 am\, 11:30 – 12:30 pm\, and 2 – 3:30 pm \nSaturday – Sunday The 501st Legion will be here\, doing Imperial Marches and then meet-and-greets immediately following! Marches are at 11 am\, 12 pm\, 1 pm\, and 2 pm \nSpecial Programming \nFriday From 10 am – 1 pm\, visit the Do Space table for some doodle bot programming! \nSaturday – Sunday Lincoln/Omaha Lego User Group will have Star Wars LEGO builds on the Dance Floor! \nPurchase art from local artist Nick Rivers in the lobby! \nMay the Force Be With You Family Fun Weekend is part of our 2023 Family Fun Weekends series\, sponsored by Runza. Activities are included with regular museum admission\, while supplies last.
